Every time you visit your dentist, you may receive a new toothbrush from them. While you may take it as a token for the ‘trauma’ you think you’ve just faced, but reality is it’s because of how frequently you should be changing your toothbrush. It is recommended by the American Dental Association, or the ADA that you should change your toothbrush every three to four months, or when your bristles become frayed.
